Everything is delivered online. After signing up, you’ll receive access to your personalized plans, where you can view workouts, track progress, and communicate with your coach.
You program will be tailored for you so it can vary. Most workouts take 30–45 minutes, and you can schedule them at times that work for you. I also provide tips on managing your schedule to stay consistent.
Life happens! We get it, you’ll have a complete workout and nutrition plan that works uniquely to your goals and you can start it on your own time! Unfortunately you wont be eligible for the cash prize but you will be able to transform your body. You can still re-enroll to the next available challenge for the same investment.
